| Death | Cause: Coaching Accident
The horses of the Longreach coach shied near Ernestina yesterday, and capsized the vehicle. The coach fell on a little boy named Daniel Eyre, son of the driver, and when the vehicle was righted he was found to be quite dead, his neck having been broken. Mrs. Eyre, the driver's wife, was badly shaken, while another child sustained a severe gash on the forehead, and a young lady who was also inside the coach was badly bruised. |
