The Will with a codicil of William Newton late of Whateley Hall and of Barrel's Park both in the County of Warwick Gentleman deceased who died 24 November 1862 at Barrel's Park aforesaid was proved at Birmingham by the oaths of Mary Newton of Barrels Park aforesaid widow the relict and Thomas Henry Goodwin Newton of the Middle Temple in the City of London Barrister-at-Law and the Reverend William Newton of the County of the City of the city of York clerk the sons three of the executors.
